Neural Spasms: September 2011
http://neuralspasms.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Blog of SF Writer, Artist and Scientist Edwin H Rydberg. Wednesday, September 7, 2011. Taking stock as Q4 approaches. So, although I've had to re-evaluate some of my goals for the year, I am still on track for others. This has been a mixed success. I managed to initiate a regular blog for Utility Fog Press. With three other writer/editors and there were regular entries for a while, however, it has slowed now and the last entry was in July! But, on the positive note, I have started formally compiling worl...

Neural Spasms: October 2011
http://neuralspasms.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Blog of SF Writer, Artist and Scientist Edwin H Rydberg. Friday, October 28, 2011. Digital Film School and other distraction. It's been difficult getting back into the writing in the last few months, partly due to my latest ACL resconstruction (6 weeks ago) and partly because I'm taking a digital film course from the Open University (T156) that's taking more time that I had thought it would. Anyway, despite this, I am trying to get back to writing. My two goals for year end are to write the new scrip...

Neural Spasms: August 2012
http://neuralspasms.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Blog of SF Writer, Artist and Scientist Edwin H Rydberg. Friday, August 31, 2012. Something Old, Something New. Music: Mr. Saxobeat by Alexandra Stan. Being as this novel is a bit of a different direction from my usual, I intend to self-publish under a pseudynom and have some fun with it. So I'm currently preparing a website and a video trailer, and I'm going to make a KickStarter, or more likely RocketHub (due to international restraints). Thursday, August 9, 2012. Music: Heavy Fuel by Dire Straits.

Blog of SF Writer, Artist and Scientist Edwin H Rydberg. Sunday, September 30, 2012. Warning: Tongue in Cheek Reviewers on Amazon. Just caught a cold from the little one. My throat is on fire :(. Playing on My Life's Soundtrack: Major by The Asteroids Galaxy Tour. And go no further. Or we see that the 5stars heavily outweight the other ratings so figure it must be good? Often, I suspect. But are all the reviews real? You may have guessed, it was the latter. Some of the shorter reviews read like the follo...

BuccoBerg Blog: June 2012
http://buccoberg.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 23, 2012. It's almost the end of June now and I thought I'd give you another update on our medical situation. First off, we're all still alive, which is something to be thankful for. I realize that the long update could have suggested otherwise. Her next radiotherapy is scheduled for October and we hope that this one will clear it completely. And Futura is doing great. Lots of bumps and scratches and leg bruises, as with any kid who loves running around and playing. First and forem...So, t...

BuccoBerg Blog: July 2011
http://buccoberg.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 08, 2011. I explained the Italy 2011 trip already in the BabyBlog (which will have to be renamed very soon). A few other pictures, these were taken just before the wedding started.:. This picture was actually taken by Futura. Granted, she gets lucky sometimes, but overall she is improving steadily. Oh, I have to say, upon returning and checking my account statement I discovered four transactions that weren't mine. Yep, someone, somewhere, got my credit card info. It's my unexpert opi...The i...

BuccoBerg Blog: April 2011
http://buccoberg.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 07, 2011. Thought I'd update everyone on the situation as of late:. A bit less promising for the knee. The Orthopedic surgeon suggested surgery to tighten up the ligament graft that is now 15 years old (and has been re-injured several times). As he put it, this could prolong knee replacement by 10 years (i.e. from 5-15 years to 15-25 years). So, my year of medical treatment continues. I kind of feel like a car going through a mid-life checkup/maintenance at the garage.

To Die Again Another Day. To Die Again Another Day: Part 2. His chronometer showed an elapsed time of nine hours, it felt like nine days. Figment swore and kicked at the ground again, heel sinking a few inches into the soft floor. He was hoarse from cursing at his stupidity but there was little else to do. By now some hint of light should have crept into the room, if it was ever going to. His stomach growled. Could it have been a different wall? Daem, wake up! Eyes flipped open to a surreal scene. Ar...

My very complicated reaction to issue 202 of the Bulletin - Mary Robinette Kowal
http://maryrobinettekowal.com/journal/my-very-complicated-reaction-to-issue-202-of-the-bulletin
My very complicated reaction to issue 202 of the Bulletin. I am finally starting to surface from the OMG all of the deadlines hit at once. I’m not. Mind you, but things are spacing out enough that I can actually look at this website thingie I have. I thought about blogging about the past couple of weeks, or what I’m up to and then… the issue 202 of the SFWA Bulletin came out. I have a very complicated reaction to this. And I’m furious, because they can undo all of the good that SFWA does. Context, that s...
