To become a centre of excellence in research on Earthquake Engineering and related areas. We aims to give solutions for disaster management in general and construction of safe building infrastructure in particular. Currently centre is running 8 projects. Total funding from these projects is around Rs.350 lakhs. Funding is from DST, MoES DISANET, MHRD and Govt of AP. Organized 5 National level workshops and 10 seminars. Published over 150 research papers in last 5 years.
