Hugh Downs. 三周前制作的苹果酵素，昨天晚上收成，口味棒极了，比雪莲酵素浓郁，果渣吃起来有浓浓的酒味，柠檬渣一点也不酸，苹果渣连Victor都爱嚼。因为好喝，今天早上，我又跑去超市买了苹果、火龙果、和柠檬，准备制作下一批综合水果酵素。 上次我用了5-6颗大苹果，6个柠檬，约500克的黑糖，做出来的酵素约650cc。 以上是刚制作入罐的照片，2周后已经看不到黑糖，也看不到水果的原色。只有咖啡色的果渣和酵素。 口感像是有酒味的糖浆，这样形容有点噁心，但很好喝就是了。 冰存的酵素打开来还有像汽水一样的气体声，表示还持续发酵中，所以冰存得越久，酒味越浓哦！ 標籤： 自制水果酵素，白霉，黑霉，food. 65311;百度一下，你就知道：. すみません。。。 Time flies.our 1st semester was over. I have made my mind, and decided to change my minor,LLJ 100 to psycology. Friends, i don't know whether i have made a right decision. During that few days before our japanese exam, i read and revised thoroughly. I thought i will be very happy that this will be the last japanese test i have to face. But don't know why?
