Ellie's Recipe Blogg. June 17, 2015. Ellie’s Cheese and Potato Pie. A dash of olive oil. A handful of breadcrumbs. A handful of fresh parmesan cheese. 25 ml of milk. 25 grams of butter. 25 grams of flour. 4 tomatoes cut in half. First peel and chop potatoes then boil them for 5 minutes, drain and set aside. Peel garlic then put them in a casserole dish with olive oil and potatoes. Scatter the grated cheese and bread crumbs over the top. Put chopped tomatoes on top. Feel free to add other vegetables.

A glug of olive oil. 1 pack of diced chicken. 25 grams of white flour. 25 grams of butter. 100 ml of milk. 2 teaspoons of capers. 1 teaspoon of mustard. First fry the chicken until cooked and set aside. Melt butter add flour and stir into a paste. Add milk gradually stirring as you go until the sauce is smooth. Add mustard and capers. June 3, 2015. 3 cloves of garlic (chopped) or more if you like. 500 grams of beef mince. 2 tins of chopped tomatoes. 2 table-spoons of tomato puree. 1 tin of red kidney beans. 1 tin of mixed beans. Fry spices in a dash of sunflower oil until you can smell them. Then add onion and fry until soft. Next add garlic and fry until it is soft. Fry mince until brown, add chopped tomatoes and puree and stir. Next stir in beans and let the sauce simmer. June 8, 2015 at 8:02 am.
