It's my world – and I'm grading it. Seven Days of Lite n’ Easy. I could begin by telling you that I decided to give Lite n’ Easy. NOTE: I am on a 7 day plan, 3 meals snacks, 1,200 calories. I cheat and use half skim/half full cream milk in my coffee, and I have not cut out the wine. Daily exercise consists of walking anywhere between 10-50 minutes, and I do muay thai once a week. I haven’t bothered talking about the snacks too much). Breakfast Pikelets topped with Fig and Berry Compote and Honey Yoghurt.

Run little lion man. Har inte gjort så himla mycket på senaste tiden. Dagarna har mestadels bestått av jobb och netflix, och emellanåt har jag hittat på roliga saker med mina amigas. Åkte till Turkiet och spenderade en vecka i kokande värme och stekande sol som gjorde att det knappt var någon temperatursskillnad mellan havet och luften.
