It all started May 28, 2009, although we had met prior to our first date through a singles activity, one in which I was convinced that Evan wanted nothing to do with me. I didn’t give up on him though, thank goodness. I don’t know who saw who first, but I was instantly attracted to him. She set us up. I was literally jumping for joy.

If you actually read this blog and not just look at the pictures like most people do (I’m guilty of it too) then you’ll have a good idea of what I was up to. Monday, May 18, 2009. About this same time our cow Rosie was dew to drop a calf. I’m sure it was in the back of my dad’s mind for weeks, but I really didn’t care much. That is unt. I hope that’s not how it is when my kids are born. Anyways, the next day we discovered that the calf had some undeveloped front legs meaning he couldn’t straiten his legs out and therefore couldn’t stand or walk properly. Wednesday, April 24, 2013. DIY to Personalize a Party. My daughter Skylr is having a princess party for her fifth birthday this May. This year we have decided to do a lot more DIY projects then years past, to save money, have more at the party and to have more fun! Sunday, February 22, 2009. A weekend in MA, an AWEsome time. This last weekend I went to AWE which stands for, All New England Winter Extravaganza. It was a blast! We went up to a town near Boston on Friday night and got our boarding assignments. We got to stay with a really nice family that had deluxe accommodations for us. :) We stayed up late and got pretty crazy, it was . fun. Tuesday, April 28, 2009. We went on a ferry over to Liberty and Ellis Islands. The statue was so pretty and huge! We did the audio tour which was really interesting. We climed the 167 steps to the podium. which was funny because on every landing it counted down the steps . it was funny. After that weekend I dropped her off at a phsyco woman's house for an 'apprenticeship'. which is a whole other story. probably the craziest of them all. Friday, June 24, 2011. Getting Into Summer Gear! Just before it warmed up we took a ride up to Lucky Peak and saw a few Dams that are in the area. Skylr thought that the water was pretty cool and we all had lots of fun together.
