Telling the story – session. February 13, 2015. We told a story. Mine was about my love of growing things and my joy at acquiring an allotment. We discussed how stories could be used to introduce new topics or concepts. I liked the idea of presenting students with words and phrases – asking them to make a story or presenting students with a story and asking them to consider what else they would like to know and to consider the meanings and implications.
