Thursday, September 29, 2005. Unpleasantness on a Major Scale. I had to go to the doctor's today. They made get shots. Four of them. I am not pleased. In case anyone is interested in that sort of thing, I also discovered I now weigh ten pounds and twelve ounces, and am twenty-three inches long. The doctor said I am doing wonderfully. I could have told him that. He told Mommy to keep up the good work, which I thought was rude, since I'm the one actually doing everything. Posted by Elizabeth at 5:31 PM.

Friday, October 14, 2005. I know I'm generally a wonderful angel of a baby, but even I must admit for the last couple of days I've been in an exceptionally good mood. I guess Mommy's doing something right. I've just been spending the time smiling and laughing and sleeping. Mommy tells me I'm the best baby in the world. She doesn't know how lucky she is.
