Thursday, October 30, 2014. Landon with his teacher, Mrs. Craddock. On nights like tonight I envision my sixteen year old Gavie running us over the flames for. Sunday, October 26, 2014. We enjoyed some family time Saturday night. http://blinkfamily.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 30, 2015. Despite the never ending rain we have had a great few days. We met up with friends at the park on Thursday. Friday we ran some errands and made race car tracks. Today we hit up the zoo with Grandpa Brian. Our gang: CeCe, Cami, Landon, Parker, Gavin, and Carson (missing Landry). I think it's time for some new bikes! The best part of our zoo trip was the sting ray exhibit. So stinking' cool! Wednesday, May 27, 2015. It was going really well until suddenly it wasn't. Poor pup can...

The Blinkinsop Family: November 2014
http://blinkfamily.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 30, 2014. Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree. So many of life's big lessons were taught while amongst the spruces, firs, and pines. It was on this farm I watched my grandfather fall asleep mid sentence in the middle of dinner on more than one occasion, teaching me what dedication and hard work really and truly looks like. It was on this farm I learned that Purple Passion doesn't equate to a night of passion and fun for you and your friends, but rather your stomach staging a full revolt ag...

The Blinkinsop Family: February 2015
http://blinkfamily.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 23, 2015. Swim Lesson and Gavin's Birthday. Gavie had two special days this week. He had his first night of private swim lessons. He LOVED it! His teacher Sammy stated that he has zero fear of the water and has lots of energy. Both of these things we already knew as we have fetched him out of the deep end of pools many a times as a result of his never ending energy! Maybe by next year we will be cool enough! Grandpa and Grandma's Visit. The littles had several. Sunday, February 22, 2015.

Tales from Planet W: January 2013
http://talesfromplanetw.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Tales from Planet W. Sunday, January 27, 2013. Tonight during bath time I asked Matthew why he was eating his bath turtle toy and he responded enthusiastically with, "ah-licious! Tuesday, January 8, 2013. In your head listen to ET's voice, except instead of "ET phone home" insert "I see you" over and over and over for whole minutes. This is what is coming out of the monitor as Matthew lulls himself to sleep tonight. I can't decide if it's funny or creepy. Just thought you'd like to know. Teagan turns 2 m...

Tales from Planet W: November 2012
http://talesfromplanetw.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Tales from Planet W. Saturday, November 10, 2012. I was a little lax in my picture taking, but seeing Matthew with Duke reminded me of what Smokey is missing (or maybe I should say what Smokey escaped). Duke spent a week with us and quickly learned the ways of the baby/dog relationship. 1 Food is good and comes from unlikely places. 2 It is important to learn how to dodge and weave. 3 Everyone needs a good hug every now and then. Makes my heart melt! Friday, November 9, 2012. 1 cup of brown rice. At less...

http://talesfromplanetw.blogspot.com/2012/11/fantastic-food-friday-baby-puree.html
Tales from Planet W. Friday, November 9, 2012. Fantastic Food Friday: Baby Puree. So what the heck do you actually feed that kid? Impatient I am. A super chunky puree makes for a quick meal, and I can make an entire batch to freeze. Mommy's Favorite - Black Bean Puree. 1 can of rinsed and drained black beans. 1 can of corn (not drained - be sure the ingredients just list corn and water). 1 cup of brown rice. Matthew's Favorite - Chick Pea Puree. 1 can of rinsed and drained chick peas. 1 cup of brown rice.

Tales from Planet W: August 2012
http://talesfromplanetw.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Tales from Planet W. Friday, August 31, 2012. Who doesn't love a good distillery tour in the rain? While the Nashville portion of our summer travels was mostly about spending some quality time with Grandpa and KK, we still managed to squeeze in some sightseeing. Our first adventure was to the George Dickel Distillery. Let me tell you it was in the middle of no where, but after a few wrong turns we made it to the distillery that also happens to be a functioning post office. Who knew? Where is Buzz's nose?
