All This Time: June 2014
http://ryanandlaurenallthistime.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 13, 2014. I have been avoiding this post. Not because I don’t want to write it, but because there is just SO MUCH that I want to include. So many pieces of this story were miraculous and meaningful – I don’t want to write a book but I do want to include the most important events. Which brings me back to my problem, they are all important! So, I will do my best to summarize and simplify an incredible past few weeks). He was due May 2. And that day was fast approaching. I was too sensitive to ...

All This Time: April 2014
http://ryanandlaurenallthistime.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 17, 2014. For Ryans birthday last month, I wrote him a little note about our life together, and how much I love it. I talked about things we’ve learned and hard things we’ve gone through, and mostly about our time living on the Tree Streets in Provo. It wasn’t until he read the letter that it hit me – we are leaving. Briar Ave has become a “sacred space” for our little family, and realizing that we will soon be leaving our nest hit me harder than expected. I will especially miss:. We had ...

All This Time: July 2014
http://ryanandlaurenallthistime.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 30, 2014. One week in Texas already – wow. Right now baby Cal is snuggled up and asleep on my bed while I am half-dressed with wet hair and too much to do, but I wanted to take this precious quiet time to write at least a little bit. My brain is so full of thoughts and experiences from the past few months that I don’t know what to write about first! Mostly, I think about being a mom. I also am so confused about any kind of schedule. How do people do it? And when he falls asleep in my arms...

All This Time: March 2014
http://ryanandlaurenallthistime.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 16, 2014. Ryan and I had an incredible update at this week’s ultrasound appointment, and were on cloud nine. Baby Caleb is growing and developing at the expected rate, and his little tummy will hopefully only need a couple minor surgeries. We have seen miracle after miracle these last few months, and know it is because of the prayers and faith of so many. It has been incredible to look back on this pregnancy and see where Ryan and I have been stretched. But it feels so real. Luckily I have ...

All This Time: August 2015
http://ryanandlaurenallthistime.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 28, 2015. I feel terrible that this is the first mention of being pregnant on this blog - we really are beyond thrilled! I have been adding to a journal throughout this pregnancy, but haven't clued the blog in on our thoughts this round. It was a longer road than planned to get pregnant with Cal, and we thought we better play it safe and start pretty early for our second. Well, one month did the trick! I couldn't have been more thrilled. Ryan came back after taking his quiz, and he kne...

All This Time: September 2014
http://ryanandlaurenallthistime.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 29, 2014. I am not one that enjoys leaving the house for broadcasts, be it Women's Conference or General Conference, and maybe it's bad to admit that! I hope it doesn't take stark reminders like this to help me be more focused on the important things in life. Wednesday, September 24, 2014. Blessing Day and Family Photos. Since all of the Thompson fam was in town, we decided to take advantage and get some pictures taken - they turned out amazing thanks to Coral :). I have been able to sp...

All This Time: November 2014
http://ryanandlaurenallthistime.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 20, 2014. I feel like I can never keep up with all the things I want to keep track of and share. In the past, Ryan was able to co-write a few of these posts but boy is that guy busy these days! So, needless to say, posts are slow coming. I am FINALLY sharing some fun pictures from our annual Halloween Party (a little bitter-sweet having it in Texas not Utah) but there were some funny moments! 2, Spit jelly beans into your spouse's mouth from about 5 feet away, you have ten tries. Laugh...

All This Time: December 2014
http://ryanandlaurenallthistime.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 15, 2014. A few days before the funeral, the little bud got really sick. At first I was like, what the heck? I thought nursing was supposed to help! But come to find out, after about six months its more of a supplement rather than an immune booster. Anyway.it got to the point where we were really concerned about his breathing, so I took him in to the ER (while Ryan was at six flags.thats another story). Then, two days later.it was worse! So, there I was again, waiting to be seen in the s...

All This Time: February 2014
http://ryanandlaurenallthistime.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 27, 2014. Growing up I had a picture hanging above my bed. The title was "Tranquility" and above the title was a picture similar to this. I bring this up because a week ago, I took the afternoon off from research (well, I got to work at 530 and finished at 12) and went to sundance for a quiet afternoon of cruisin' the slopes. Before leaving, I knew I had to get back at 630pm for a grad school dinner. I decided to go skiing around 130-2, so that made things kinda tough! No, he simply ju...

All This Time: February 2015

Sunday, February 15, 2015. It's amazing how much changes after having a child. No longer can you pick up and go at any time of the day, or stay out for hours on end, there's a little one that needs a nap or is hungry and tired of being strapped in a carseat, stroller, pack.but we wouldn't have had it any other way. In all honesty! We had a lazy morning eating muffins and fruit, all took morning naps, then packed up for an adventure. One of my little gifts for Ryan. After conference, we drove to the nearb...
