Elsa makan Fried Kuay Teow with Duck Egg @. 8220;Aunty, give me one packet of char kuay teow big portion, duck egg, add spicy and add “siham” (cockles)”. Elsa’s rating: 5/5. I like both but I ate this more than the other one during my last visit probably cause my stomach is in the mood for it at night. Ask for duck egg, it adds flavor but slightly expensive.

I'm definitely listing Fukurou as the restaurant of the month. It's by far the best japanese restaurant I've visited. The ambience of the restaurant is nicely decorated and the green walls with wooden furnitures give me a very cosy, friendly and high class feeling. Queued for an hour before we can savor the scrumptious Italian food. It’s open from Tues-Saturday 5-10pm. No reservation. Marinara spaghetti, Carbonara spaghetti and Chili King Prawn woodfired pizza. Elsa’s rating: 5/5. For Carbonara Pasta, 4/5 for the other two. The dinner exceeded our expectations.

Thursday, December 4, 2008. A Malaccan as a Melaka tourist. Together we've created sweet memories of ours, in the historical city of Melaka. I love the fact that we share the same interest, in photo-taking, either it's camwhore or taking beautiful sceneries. Saw the Eye on Malaysia photo? My tripod isn't with me, thus we used my car as the camera stand but it isn't the height we want it to be. So we utilised the Nemo tissue box in my car to add some height. haha. A hardcore camwhores we are.

Saturday, October 13, 2007. Labuan 2 days trip. I went to Labuan on Raya eve, 12th oct and 13th oct with sakai gang. Weather is good, that makes our photo shooting runs smoothly. Gee. Took this photo in the car which is moving at 70km/hour). We've taken many photos. So, this post mite be a bit slow and I will let the photos tell you my journey to the international free trade center - Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan. Anyway. Enjoy yourself! Their lift is kinda antic. As opposed to watching sun rise, it's easier to get a glimpse of sun set, especially in Sabah where sun rises so damn early around 5am. The best time to watch the evening sun slowly setting down while lingering around taking photos is 5.30 - 6.00pm. Be there at 6pm, that is when the sun isn't too bright to hurt your eyes. 1 Recommended place Number 1: Tanjung Aru Beach. 2 Recommended place Number 2: Sutera Harbour Resort.

Monday, March 12, 2012. A short weekend trip to rejuvenate and celebrate post V-day slash pre-monthsary. It really is a trip to rest and relax because we didn’t bother to explore the whole island. Just like our Batam trip a year ago, it’s from a promotion in Groupon - a $99 per pax deal for all. Basically we spent the excess rupiah from last Batam trip only on BEERS and lunch, and yet we still have excess for.maybe. next trip to Bali. LOL. Food in this resort is reasonably cheap. Oh, and the rocks rock!

So I went to the riverside behind Eye on Malaysia to watch sunset, while having some me-time enjoying the serenity. I was astonished by the different scenes from sunset to dark. Thursday, March 26, 2009. A reclaimed land that I've never step my foot on before. The main attractions will be the mosque and the magnificent sea view. Nothing much except few rows of empty shop lots.
