First the food: Today I made Banana Cupcakes from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. I had planned to frost them with Coconut Pecan Fudge Frosting (whoa, yum! From the same cookbook, but they got devoured by my family of vulture-people before frosting could happen. Yes, they are so amazingly delicious that no frosting is needed! But doesn't that frosting sound amazing?
