Rev and Mrs. Chuck Silvey. Pastor Chuck became pastor of Emmanuel Outreach Church in March of 2014. This ministry is his first pastorate after completion of Biblical Studies at Liberty University. He is married to his lovely wife Cindy of 38 years. They have two adult children Ryan and Justin. Pastor and Mrs. Silvey have served the Lord over 25 years in various Churches and ministries across North Carolina.

THIS IS THE DAY THAT THE LORD HAS MADE, WE WILL BE GLAD AND REJOICE IN IT. It is December 10. 1991 It is a Sunday. A small group of people numbering in the twenties, who desire to worship the Lord in truth, love and all beliefs that they feel and consider right and just, leave and separate themselves from Longwood Missionary Baptist Church. With only two picnic tables, three or four chairs and feed and grain sacks to sit on, on December 17. Reverend Lloyd Ward would give the first message on December 29.
