I wrote and illustrated a fun (Japanese) dictionary. The book came out in June 2016, from Seibundo-Shinkosha. I talk about the history, the science and evolution, the styles, craft brewers in Japan, and funny facts about beer. The book is in Japanese, but here are some illustrations from the book. (*Chinese version to be published in Taiwan, Spring 2017). Apparently he drank a LOT of schwarzbier! Two essential enzymes for brewing beer. A type of beer made from bananas in some regions in Africa.
