Employees 1st partners with companies and their employees to make cash grants to employees facing unexpected difficulties that require financial assistance. Companies establish assistance funds with Employees 1st and set up accounts exclusively for their employees and their families. Once a company sets up an account, employees can donate to the assistance fund. Contributions are tax deductible and the recipient of the grants do not have to pay taxes. 100 North Street, Suite 900.
