The Goddess Trips: October 2010
http://b2adam.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 4, 2010. Blink of an Eye. You blink and, suddenly, it’s October. Where did September go? But, now that September’s ended, has anyone tried waking Green Day up? So much has happened in the past month. It’s been so jam-packed that I have not found the time to write in this blog. I can’t believe I only have 1 post for the entire month! There’s been so many ups and downs, drama, trauma, action and other noteworthy moments. Got to find the time to savour every moment as well. Links to this post.

Under the coconut tree: January 2008
http://pokokkelapa.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Under the coconut tree. Friday, January 04, 2008. On our recent trip to China, we were heavily contemplating between a trip to Guilin or to a nearby town, Yangshuo. After much reading and research over the internet, we decided to opt for the later. It's apparently a smaller town, less hectic and touristy. I definitely needed that after living smacked in the hustling and bustling of HK for so many months. We stayed in this quaint little hotel, Yangshuo Riverside Retreat. Sugar cane plantations in abundance.

Under the coconut tree: September 2007
http://pokokkelapa.blogspot.com/2007_09_01_archive.html
Under the coconut tree. Thursday, September 13, 2007. To market, to market. Hong Kong is definitely a mecca for those who enjoy shopping. It has something for everyone whether it be highly expensive branded goods in huge departmental shops, small boutiques or bargain road side markets. It never fails to amaze me that the shopping outlets are always jam packed with people all day (and night) long! I guess the locals not only work hard but they shop like crazy too! The photos below are taken from Stanley m...

The Goddess Trips: August 2011
http://b2adam.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 1, 2011. A Leap of Faith. Today, I took a leap of faith. I write a lot of stories in my head, some of which actually make it on paper. Of the ones that are written, only a few make it out to the public. Sometimes, I only let one person read them. Sometimes, they go on stage. I’m optimistic, hopeful, but also realistic. I have competition in the thousands. But, somewhere, someone will be touched by my stories and scripts. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Comets in My Universe.

The Goddess Trips: February 2011
http://b2adam.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 27, 2011. Then, when I reached my car, I noticed a big, white thing sitting right in front of the gate. In the driveway. Blocking my way. It was their car. Ten thousand parking spaces right beside my house, and where do they park? Right in front of my house. Right in front of the freaking driveway and gate. The oldest boy came running out, saying "Sorry! I didn't give him a chance. I said to him, as friendly as possible (if that is at all possible), "Next time, use your brain lah. Last w...

The Goddess Trips: July 2011
http://b2adam.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 28, 2011. In a world of imperfections, and in a universe filled with contradictions, I am beginning to realise that the only thing I can change is me. If I want to change others, if I want to help others, then I have to change myself first. I have to help myself first. So, that I can become a better person who is more capable of helping, teaching and guiding others to their fullest potential. I am the change I want to see in the world. My work begins today. Under the coconut tree
http://pokokkelapa.blogspot.com/2007/11/kl-brought-me-for-lovely-birthday-treat.html
Under the coconut tree. Wednesday, November 28, 2007. KL brought me for a lovely birthday treat to a French restaurant, Le Pont De La Tour. On our short trip back to London last month. It has a lovely view of the Tower Bridge and a nice formal atmosphere. The only complaint I had was the tables were too close to one another. To make matters worse we were seated to a very loud American. Thankfully, he left soon after that we were able to enjoy our meal in peace. Native Oysters No.2. Ee Foo and Tyan.

The Goddess Trips: A Loss for Nunuk Ragang
http://b2adam.blogspot.com/2009/07/loss-for-nunuk-ragang.html
Wednesday, July 8, 2009. A Loss for Nunuk Ragang. Today, as the Tribesmen were warming up, Exchequer's left kneecap popped out and popped back in again. She dislocated her knee a couple of years ago, and now it's happened again. Like the Boy Scout I am, I started babbling and pullling lame jokes. Even in her injured state, Exchequer had presence of mind to tell me to calm down. Yeah, I'm great in a crisis. It's a loss but not a setback. Exchequer is doing well, and we will be forging on. We have ...Patro...
