电 话 0371 86096752. 传 真 0371 86096759. 国家 十一五 科技支撑计划重点项目 低温低电压铝电解新技术. 开发设计了 300kA曲面阴极铝电解槽 和 400kA底部出电铝电解槽 ，经过工业试验运行平稳，取得了槽电压低于3.8V，直流电耗低于12000kWH的优良指标。 国家 十二五 科技支撑计划重点项目 低温低电解铝电解技术应用示范. 达到槽电压 3.90V，平均吨铝直流电耗为12500kWh，阳极效应系数为0.03次/槽日，吨铝节电600kWh的目标。 开发了 双端非对称强补偿，底部多点弱补偿 母线装置、 铝电解槽阴极电流在线调整方法和装置 和 高度和位置可调整的铝电解槽母线 ， 使电解槽电磁特性运行于深度稳定区间。 开发了 可压缩阴极内衬结构 、 非均匀导电阴极结构、可调节铝液中水平电流的铝电解槽阴极结构和多钢棒均流技术，降低了炉底压降，延长了槽寿命. 开发了 双功能双副板箱式梁技术 ， 大型槽的单点驱动多点提升技术 ，阳极提升同步性好，大梁强度大、刚度好、用料省. 采用了 全分布式铝电解智能模糊控制系统 ，和 全分布式 网络式 槽控机。
