At the Nuns Restaurant. 600 g meat (lamb, veal or pork). 100 ml oil or 800 g lard. 200-300 ml warm water or stock cube. 300 g fresh champignons (or 100 g dried ones). 1/2 bunch of parsley. 100 g white cheese. Cleand the onnions and cut them in smal pieces. Fry the onnions in hot frying pan untill it goes soft. Clean the pepper and cut it in small pieces. Add the pepper to the onnions and stew the mix for 20 mins on low fire. Cut the tomatoes on small cubes and add them to the pepper. Put salt by taste.
