B)台阶式多级炉排 技术来源 新加坡吉宝西格斯 (原比利时西格斯Seghers). 技术来源 日本田熊公司(Takuma, Japan). 流化床焚烧方式，首先由日本在20 世纪70 年代中期将其应用于城市生活垃圾处理 此后，城市生活垃圾流化床焚烧炉，在日本、欧美等国家和地区迅速发展 在日本，绝大多数流化床垃圾焚烧炉为鼓泡流化床，主要用于焚烧原生城市垃圾 在欧美，流化床焚烧炉主要是循环流化床，而且多数是与RDF 技术结合使用的。 流化床焚烧炉的主要特点是床层温度均匀，垃圾颗粒与流体接触好 反应快，焚烧完全，热强度较高，它的热效率一般可达到80 82%，垃圾燃烬率也非常高，焚烧后排出炉渣的未燃成份可达到1%左右 设备尺寸相对较小。 Web Design by: SHUOLIAN.

废弃物能源化利用研究与技术 中国 2011-9-21 16:31:24. 从全世界来看，生活垃圾废弃物的立法、管理、处理与处置经历了三个不同的阶段(来源 聂永丰, 三废处理工程技术手册•固体废物卷. 2000, 北京: 化学工业出版社). 1 第一阶段始于20 世纪70 年代。 1972 年在瑞典斯德哥尔摩召开了 人类与环境会议 以后，各国相继制定了环境保护法律，如德国1972 年6 月颁布了 垃圾清除法 我国1973 年由国务院转发了 关于保护和改善环境的若干规定。 2 第二阶段始于20 世纪80 年代。 德国于1986年对 垃圾清除法 修订，制定了 关于避免和废物处置法 ，规定指出，对于目前技术不能再利用的垃圾，必须进行填埋和焚烧处理。 在 联合国环境与发展大会 于1992 年在巴西里约热内卢召开以后，城市生活垃圾 源头控制与末端治理 的思想在全球范围内被广泛接受和实施。 3 第三阶段始于20 世纪90 年代中期。 以德国1994 年9 月颁布的 循环经济法 为代表，倡导废弃物循环利用，实施与环境兼容的废弃物处理处置技术。 Web Design by: SHUOLIAN.

2010年，在中国工程院院士浙江大学岑可法教授，中国固体废弃物处置重大基础研究项目首席科学家严建华教授，以及美国工程院院士哥伦比亚大学N.J. Themelis教授等共同商议下，决定设立WTERT (中国)组织，该组织以浙江大学热能工程研究所为依托，利用该研究所强大的研究队伍，先进的试验和分析测试条件，开展与国际同行的交流与合作，为开发近零排放的新一代固体废弃物能源化利用技术提供国际合作平台。 研究所是我国高等学校在能源清洁利用与环境工程领域的重要研究基地之一，是我国工程热物理学科的国家重点学科点，国家首批 211 和 985 工程重点建设学科，国务院批准的首批博士和硕士学位授予点，并建有国家能源清洁利用国家重点实验室，国家博士后流动站，国家水煤浆工程中心燃烧技术研究所。 浙江大学热能工程研究所从事固体废弃物处理与资源化利用研究已有三十余年历史，先后承担并完成了国家 七五 、 八五 攻关项目、国际合作项目、部委项目和横向项目等多项研究课题，积累了较丰富的经验。 研究所还被国际废弃物能源化理事会 Waste To Energy Research and Technology Council 接纳为成员单位。
