의료기기의 제조업자, 수입업자, 수리업자는 연1회 전년도 생산 및 수출 수입 수리실적을 해당서식의 작성요령에 따라 각 1부씩 작성하여 해당년도 1월 31일까지 한국의료기기산업협회에 제출하여야 하며, 이를 준수하지 않으면 관련법령에 따라 행정처분을 받게 됩니다. 인터넷실적보고시스템에서 작성 및 제출. 인터넷실적보고시스템 이용시 제출 여부를 확인할 필요가 없으며, 인터넷 이용이 어려울 경우 팩스(02-596-7010), 이메일(bogo@kmdia.or.kr), 등기우편 제출도 가능. 단, 제출 후 접수여부를 반드시 유선 확인해야 함. 제조업자가 수출실적이 없는 경우 별지 제3호, 제4호서식 생략. 의료기기 제조 수입 수리실적 보고 미보고 업체 리스트 제출. 국내 의료기기산업 기초통계 제출. 집계된 의료기기 생산 및 수출입실적으로 국내 의료기기산업에 대한 기초 통계 자료를 생성하며, 이는 의료기기 산업발전계획 수립, 국제무역협상 대응 및 국내 의료기기산업 실태 파악 등을 위한 통계 자료로 활용됨.
