This I think is because when we develop an area, we fail to consider it's implications. Everything done today always leads to monetary profits that blinds us from the threat is poses. Dana这个人很粗心，本来应该是做TSA agar的，他却弄了TSB，好在我们确实需要一定量的TSB，不过这1.3L的TSB也太浪费了。 这些tubes都是用来加TSB用的，TSB可以用来培养pure culture listeria. 这些仍然都是TSB，其实这些都没用了，不需要如此费心，倒了就好了。。 这品才是TSA，可以发现，他的颜色明显的比刚才的TSB要深。TSA A代表agar,而TSB中的B代表broth。前者能固体化，后者常温下是液态的。 这是两个我们会需要的盐，另外还有两瓶，还没出现。 我在倒TSA进入petri plates。我的光头很不专业。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
