In the forest, by myself, at night, in the most cheesy and generic way, like in a movie. [THESIS]But it happened to me and it had a lasting impact on my life.[THESIS]. I’m not sure what I learned from this experience. To never give up and keep trying in the face of hopelessness? To follow directions and or else? FD3 –...

All posts by nicolasglory. May 8, 2015. ENG 273N Creative Nonfiction. Our OBGYN in his sage wisdom prognosticated that our son would enter the world on August 7th. We eagerly planned and prepared for this most momentous day. Obviously this didn’t happen. The day came, and then when. We went in to the doctor’s office, a cheerful area, with muted lighting, comfortable seats, and piles of magazines from such wide ranging subjects as Women’s Health. To Women’s Health and Fitness.
