It’s not necessarily that they are different as in unique and quirky (although that certainly can be the case, as with most people). Therefore, to be fair and avoid confusion, I will rephrase. Phase 1: a triggered situational interest. Phase 2: a maintained situational interest. Phase 3: an emerging individual interest. Phase 4: a well-developed individual interest and engagment.
