Best wishes for a happy holiday season (even if you don't celebrate Christmas) and for the New Year ahead (can't believe 2010 is just a little over a year away). Here are some photos from our "photoshoot" the first weekend of December. My grandmother really liked last year's photo at Morro Bay and said we should do another one this year- easier said than done! This is probably my favorite shot, since it looks more natural. Tuesday, September 30, 2008. I was amused by this Guardian article. Stating that several Brazilian politicians have renamed themselves "Barack Obama" to give themselves the edge with the voters. Didn't realize Obama was so popular in Brazil! I could just imagine if they all got elected- a sure recipe for confusion. Since we have a 13-year old dog, we elected to take the Queen Mary 2 ocean liner from New York to the United Kingdom, so that she could ride in comfort rather than be stuck in a dog crate for 10-15 hours as air cargo from the US to UK.
