You’ll get way more for you buck- in quantity and in probiotics. It only takes about 10 minutes of hands on time, but you’ll need to be home for 1-2 hours while heats up, and then home 8-12 hours later to put it in the fridge. Dutch-oven or crock-pot with removable crock. 1 cup plain yogurt. Portion into containers and refrigerate. Eat within a week or so.
