Right away I decided to go to a car park near where I live that I thought resembles what I have in my head. I waited till midnight when it would be empty, unfortunately there are still staff working so some cars are still around. I took a number of photos and have made 2 boards for reference. They both come with their own explanations.

Now this is something I have never tried before, I watched a few hours of tutorials on Digital Tutors and it was looking nice…. but it had no volume (the top 3 on the left).
