No One Asked Us ! ! !: October 2005
http://publicvilification.blogspot.com/2005_10_01_archive.html
No One Asked Us! Sunday, October 30, 2005. Oh for heavens sake. You know those moments you have when you have ended a relationship with someone and you see something that reminds you of the times you had together? Like you find a letter they wrote you? Or a photo that slid down behind the couch? And you feel mixed emotions, perhaps a little sadness and a little happiness from the memory of what you once had? Well how about when you are reminded of someone you hate? Have a good halloween. Seriously. O...

No One Asked Us ! ! !: August 2005
http://publicvilification.blogspot.com/2005_08_01_archive.html
No One Asked Us! Wednesday, August 31, 2005. DON'T WANNA/ but I do. I miss the crim centre. I really really do. I have been feeling like crap for the past two days. I went and had my last shift at Robarts yesterday and was dancing up and down the stack so happy that I got to leave that place. But I also went down to crim to see Andrea (my supervisor) and to see how she was. Now I am looking at the database company where I am now employed and it pales in comparison. The other strange news is that I have a...

Bellyache with the Sister: I'll Call You ...
http://sisterstaceypatrick.blogspot.com/2007/02/ill-call-you.html
Bellyache with the Sister. Thursday, February 01, 2007. I'll Call You . Article in today's Star about banning cell phones in Toronto Schools. I don’t get the debate on banning cell phones during class time in schools. I mean, we weren’t allowed to use calculators during math class in high school (yes, I am totally aging myself here! Or listen to our Walkman either, so why all of a sudden all the agony of whether to ban them or not? Who do kids need to call during class? Don’t get me wrong I love my cell ...

Bellyache with the Sister: How can we afford
http://sisterstaceypatrick.blogspot.com/2007/01/how-can-we-afford-not-to.html
Bellyache with the Sister. Thursday, January 25, 2007. How can we afford not. Why can’t we raise the minimum wage in this province to $10 an hour? Greg Sorbara and an assortment of political yahoos seem convinced that by allowing people to earn a real living and actually afford to eat, put a roof over their heads and get medical care that tens of thousands of jobs will be lost. It’s an absolute travesty that one of the most expensive provinces to live in has one of the lowest rates for minimum wage.

Out of the Inkwell. Seeing the world through a glass darkly. Monday, July 31, 2006. A condition of dullness or drowsiness; dumps, low spirits, depression. The condition of a ship in which, either from calms, or from baffling winds, she makes no headway; a becalmed state. An intellectually non-plussed condition. Out of the Inkwell: March 2006
http://inkwell05.blogspot.com/2006_03_01_archive.html
Out of the Inkwell. Seeing the world through a glass darkly. Friday, March 24, 2006. It all started when . As I mentioned in my last post, I'll be away on training all next week so I probably won't have much opportunity to keep in touch with all my blogging friends out there. So, to keep you amused in my absence - and me amused upon my return - I'm going to leave you with a few questions that occurred to me while reading the responses to Snooze. 1 Do you know (in person) any of the people you blog with?

Bellyache with the Sister: Rather than address the real issue ...
http://sisterstaceypatrick.blogspot.com/2007/01/rather-than-address-real-issue.html
Bellyache with the Sister. Wednesday, January 17, 2007. Rather than address the real issue . Mayor Miller is all concerned and is presenting to city counsel that media only mention intersections where crimes take place rather than mentioning Scarborough ‘cause he says the media is giving the neighbourhood a bad rap. Guess it’s a slow week at City Hall. Posted by Sister Staceypatrick at 11:26 AM. Sounds like an arguement ole Shrub would use. Oh, you mean like how it worked for Jane and Finch? Happy Birthd...

Out of the Inkwell: June 2006
http://inkwell05.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_archive.html
Out of the Inkwell. Seeing the world through a glass darkly. Wednesday, June 28, 2006. The strangling vine has trapped me once again. Like one of those mutant plants found in B-rated sci-fi movies or popular comics, thick living tendrils of stress are wrapping themselves around my arms and legs, twisting their way through my innards, and choking my breath. I'm bound and blind and suffocating and I can't see my way clear. I know I've created the monster, fed it and nurtured it and made it strong. Inte...
