Wednesday, 5 October 2011. Crete 2011 - after Matthew's passing out parade, Roger and me went to Gatwick and stayed overnight in a hotel. At 4am we went to the airport and jumped on a plane to Crete,. We met our friends Annie and Dave and we stayed at Annie's Dad and Mum's house which was up in the mountains. Crete is a beautiful island, it is very picturesque, the people are very very friendly and everything is so cheap! In the evenings that we stayed at home we sat outside and ate and played games.

Wednesday, 5 October 2011. Hailee and Rob's wedding 2011. Our good friends Hailee and Rob got married at the Alexander The Great Hotel in Paphos. It was a glorious day! We started off with drinks in the bar. We then went out to a beautiful seated area to watch the ceremony. After the ceremony we went upstairs to sit on a patio to have drinks and to listen to some live music before we had a sit down meal. There was a fantastic live band in the evening and it was all a most dream wedding.
