The Johnson Family News and Nonsense. Little bits of randomness as my mind keeps wandering. Wednesday, August 29, 2012. All things good must come to an end. With the approach of Labor Day this weekend, summer if officially over. At least in my mind. It is so hot that I am having a hard time convincing myself it is fall. Maybe going to Oregon will help. Each of them seems to be ahead (Robby is already beyond my math knowledge) so I guess I have to take a chill-pill and let their school take over. She is s...

The Johnson Family News and Nonsense: October 2010
http://optfamily.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
The Johnson Family News and Nonsense. Little bits of randomness as my mind keeps wandering. Thursday, October 21, 2010. Boys will be boys. Take one big backyard full of toys, playset, swings, trampoline, and one partly filled baby pool. Add in one very cute yet mischevious two year old boy with a warning to stay away from the water. Wait 5 minutes and what do you get? A fully-clothed, shoe wearing boy in the middle of the pool. Mama, shoes wet! Friday, October 15, 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://optfamily.blogspot.com/2012/11/life-lessons.html
The Johnson Family News and Nonsense. Little bits of randomness as my mind keeps wandering. Monday, November 5, 2012. This has been an amazing week of life lessons. I dislocated my shoulder on Saturday. We had a FHE from Elder Uchdorf's talk at conference about regrets on Sunday. I had a deep discussion with my eldest about testimony on Sunday as well. I came away from my weekend with a completely different perspective on my family, my problems, my life. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Johnson Family News and Nonsense. Little bits of randomness as my mind keeps wandering. Saturday, April 23, 2011. Spring Break Salt Lake CIty. The Car Ride on the way to Salt Lake. It really wasn't too bad. Sofi had a really bad ear infection, but did well despite the fact she felt so bad. For such a long trip, the kids got a long well and they didn't have to be in front of the TV screen the whole time! In front of the temple and fountain. Meeting up with cousins at a Children's Museum. Picture Windo...

The Johnson Family News and Nonsense. Little bits of randomness as my mind keeps wandering. Thursday, October 11, 2012. The kitchen really needed a major update. So we painted all the cabinets and added hardware. We also had beautiful hardwood floors put in, along with all new carpeting in the entire house. The new kitchen sink! It is funny to think about all these fabulous purchases that we will never get to use! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Our Homes On The Web. View my complete profile.

http://optfamily.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
The Johnson Family News and Nonsense. Little bits of randomness as my mind keeps wandering. Thursday, September 16, 2010. We took a mini trip up to the mountains with some neighbor friends. It was fun and Sofi did really well for her first camping trip. Robb is sure stylin! A girl and her barbies, so cute! Sofi was such a good camper. This captivated the boys more than fishing. This captivated the boys more than anything. Chilling around the fire. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Our Homes On The Web.

The Johnson Family News and Nonsense. Little bits of randomness as my mind keeps wandering. Saturday, October 20, 2012. A picture is worth a thousand words? Hormones are in place! When you open the door to the van now, you have to "get away" so she can get in all by herself. It's the little things like that. The quality of your whole day can be determined by one small decision. Now I see why the youngest children are sometimes so dang spoiled. I am too old to deal with drama! Thursday, October 11, 2012.

The Johnson Family News and Nonsense. Little bits of randomness as my mind keeps wandering. Sunday, November 1, 2009. So some of you may be interested in an update on Robby. Well, do you remember Theo from the Cosby show? The one whose room was always destroyed? We added darkening curtains and the child is finally sleeping! I am starting to have hope once again. Let's pray that we are finally on the right path. He has been like his own self again. Very loving, helpful and happy! We got socked with our fi...

Such an innocent photo, yet to me this picture says so much more. I have been looking for inspiration for a long time. Pretty much all year. How do I handle all the responsibities in my life?
