Hart to Hart: February 2013
http://steveandmindyhart.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 7, 2013. And now some promised pictures of the birthday girl. Both girls LOVE this new toy- thanks Grandma! Kylie made Shaelyn a couple of bracelets and necklaces and some shaker toys. It was fun to see her so excited about making them and giving them to her. Chocolate cake with whipped cream filling and really rich cream cheese frosting. Kylie enjoyed helping decorate the cake with some extra blobs on the side and sprinkles on the top. Sunday, February 3, 2013. Cheese, Cottage Cheese,...

Hart to Hart: June 2014
http://steveandmindyhart.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 9, 2014. Projects at the house. Well, we've been in our home for just over three weeks now. Here are a few things we've been up to:. Front view of the house with our mini van in the driveway. These are the back steps coming up from the garage. It could have been a 4 foot drop onto concrete, so Steve and his Dad built a guardrail around it to prevent that from happening. We'll paint it to match when the wood is completely dried out. I planted a few flowers up front. Steve ripped out the botto...

Aaron's Wanderings: June 2010
http://aaronswanderings.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 27, 2010. Team USA was a big disappointment yesterday. The World Cup ride has been a fun one, but it ended on a low after they failed to show up against Ghana. And this one they can't blame on the refs. I'll still following the matchups, but I'm learning the frustration involved in being a fan of USA Futbol. Rumo a hexa-campeao Brasil! Links to this post. Sunday, June 20, 2010. World Cup Fever and Such. The games are on! A win this week is what we need. Go USA! I've got a fever and the only ...

Aaron's Wanderings: Gospel Perceptions
http://aaronswanderings.blogspot.com/2010/09/gospel-perceptions.html
Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Henry Eyring speaking of science: "There is, of course, no conflict in the gospel since it embraces all truth. Undoubtedly, however, science is continually challenging us to think through again our conceptions of the gospel.". I really like this quote. It Of course the Holy Spirit can confirm truth and strengthen our conviction, but that still leaves us short of actual knowledge. We must live by faith. How does this tie into Henry Eyring's quote? Hart to Hart: Hazel at 5 months
http://steveandmindyhart.blogspot.com/2014/09/hazel-at-5-months.html
Sunday, September 14, 2014. Hazel at 5 months. Hazel will be 5 months old this week. My how the time has flown! I keep looking at her and realize how she is not my little baby any more. She started rolling over this week! From front to back) At her 4 month check-up just a couple of weeks ago, she was just over 13 pounds (28th percentile) and 26 inches long (91st percentile). Tall and skinny. Kylie still enjoys picking out outfits for her. She discovered her toes. Surprising my Mom for her birthday. Youre...

Hart to Hart: September 2014
http://steveandmindyhart.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 14, 2014. I guess it's time to do some blog updates. Let's start with Kylie's birthday. Our library allows you to check out cake pans, so Kylie chose out Dora the Explorer. Steve doubted my abilities to make it look like Dora as a finished product. But I think it turned out pretty well. Filling up a small cup with dried black beans. I think the kids really enjoyed this simple activity. Playing with the balloons after the party. She has an incredible memory, especially when it comes to s...

Aaron's Wanderings: Monster Nebo
http://aaronswanderings.blogspot.com/2010/08/monster-nebo.html
Sunday, August 1, 2010. About a month ago Blake, Stephen, and I took on the monstrous Nebo. It was a beautiful summer Saturday morning following a light rainstorm the night before. The drive brought us almost to the top it seemed, so we had our doubts about how difficult the hike was actually going to be. The tall peak on the left was our destination. I kept myself busy with a new found hobby of mine on the way up: picking wildflowers. I loved the red clay. At last we made it! Some friendly local folks f...
