The title of my presentation was “Safeguard Fair Voting: Mathematically Diagnosing Gerrymanders.” My advisors were Dr. Thomas Wakefield and Dr. George Yates. The research was completed through the YSU CURMath Research Experience for Undergraduates with special thanks to Drs. J. Douglas and Barbara Faires. The national MathFest MAA and PME conference was held in Portland, Oregon. YSU teams deemed Meritorious in worldwide math contest.
