Eric is currently on the faculty of Berklee College of Music in Boston, and is developing a program to train Music Directors for the theatre. Eric is married to Heather Fields Stern, stage manager and company manager (most recently of Paper Mill Playhouse) and is the particularly proud father of Madeline (1992) and Zachary (2004).
