I listened to a podcast called Marriage for Dummies, and they suggest that one of the best ways to improve your marriage is to kiss for 10 seconds at a time, twice a day minimum. I guess it couldn't hurt huh. for 1 -how can you kiss for 10 seconds long, if you are upset with each other, so you will be creating less friction in the relationship. 90 days to read the Bible.
