Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Our e-mail "Shop For Sale" had some unintended consequences. We had no intention of causing activity or deep concern. We simply did not realize how much impact the last line of that e-mail would have. Quite simply, poor choice of words. We have far too many ethical, not to mention legal obligations to the community, customers, co-workers, landlord and suppliers to simply lock the doors. Where do we go for our bike stuff? Monday, May 16, 2011. The first weekend in May i participated in a 50 mile bike race to support the Wounded Warrior. Project. I have ridden on the road a couple times last year and loved it. So fun. There were 2 distances you could sign up for.25 and 50 miles. Hmmm.i haven't been on the bike in a year which should i do? We all felt pretty confident about that and i felt more confident with riding in a group and with cars around(although that still frightens me! Don't mess with shorty( look how short I am!

My quest for health and wellness. Sometimes Life Gets in the Way. June 21, 2011 by erinsfitquest. Even though I haven’t been posting because life/work has been crazy busy, I have not fallen off the fitness wagon. I have been consistent in working out 4-5 times a week and eating right about 80-90% of the time. At least what I think is eating right. I’ll get to that a little later…. Monday: 45 minute Zumba class, volleyball practice. Tuesday: 45 minute Cardio Interval class. Wednesday: 45 minute Zumba class.
