To measure the solar radiation and the electrical output signal is calibrated for the spectrum of natural sunlight, and therefore its response matches the output from a photovoltaic (PV) generator.

This instrument is of the tipping bucket type, and will give a closure (count) for every 0.2mm of rain. We hope to install this soon.
