And think that Shakespeare wrote another brilliant story with a brilliant and intentional ending once again.

I strongly believe that he knew exactly what he was doing by giving the reader an unsatisfactory ending to the play. So, yes, I know that Shakespeare did all of this on purpose. I don’t think he’s happy with the entire ending. I think he’s showing us the difference between a (mostly) healthy relationship and a terrible one. American Lit: Thoreau and the Bean Field.
