Segunda-feira, 7 de setembro de 2009. A saga sem Cigarros. Após quatro meses e um pouco sem os bastões de nicotina, resolvi voltar a falar deles. Pois é: 4 meses! Tenho passado apuros psicológicos desde que este relacionamento terminou. Posso dizer que não tem sido fácil. Tem momentos em que é quase impossível esquecer a vontade de fumar e ver a hora passar. Eu disse QUASE. Mas eu queria poder dar uma dica para aqueles que não fumam, ou que não são ainda considerados fumantes ou fumantes esporádicos.
