We have just a few things of interest to report that we learned from our new guide on our way to the hotel from the airport. We passed some rice paddies and learned that you can't tell what kind of rice is growing there from just looking. You have to feel the top. If it is short and fat then it is sticky rice. Wednesday, August 20, 2008. Chicken - 2 lbs. Curd - 1/2 lb or 5 or 6 Big spoons. Green Chilli - 8. Mint Leaves- 20 leaves. Cinnamon- -1/3 of large stick. Coriander seeds- 3 tbsp(small). Ginger-Garlic paste- 1 tbsp(big). Red chilli powder- 2 tbsp. Lemon juice- 4 tbsp. Food Colour- 1/2 tbsp(small). Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp. Grind the spices cloves, cinnamon, cardamom,coriander seeds. Soak rice in a bowl with water for 30 min. Take a Big bowl and add the marinated chicken to the Bowl. Close the lid tight.
