I downloaded this amazing house from Essentially Esjai. I didnt do that much to the outside aside from changing the entrance, adding a parking lot, and sign in the front, and adding a fence around the pool. I tried to limit the CCs because it is a big building and I want to keep it as a permanent community property. The rest was all Esjai. On the other side of the 1st floor is the lounge. Where guests can have drinks. Second floor has area for reading and using the computer. Lounge area and entertainment.
