Recently profiled him and his restuarant (located at 120 West Broadway). The Bouley Bakery and Cafe offers a three-level dining experience in a relaxed, casual setting. You can grab a pastry to go, or enjoy the relaxed atmosphere indoors. In 1991, out of 7,000 diners polled by Zagat, several said they would eat their last meal at Bouley! Duane and Greenwich Street.
