Monday, August 2, 2010. Life in Estonia and Beyond. I have been extremely busy in the past few weeks, and have not had enough time or attention to write in as much detail as I have described the first two weeks in Estonia. The time has started to pass more quickly, and I have also been doing a lot of things! I like how Thomas Mann describes this phenomenon in his Nobel Prize winning novel Magic Mountain. This past weekend I went on a bike tour around the second biggest lake in Estonia, Võrtsjärv (järv = lake), which is about 110 square miles, and lies between Viljandi County and Tartu County. And lot of Estonians and some Latvians, and Finns, and Russians, and even one Icelander) attended Suunto Games made by OK Põlva Kobras. I should say that autumn has reached also Estonia. Why? Because it was rather easy to run. So the 6th position once again. Sandra won her class N16A! Apart from running we all three Latvian ladies had a great time in Kose and Eestimaa. As always?
