Back at our accommodations at Alderbed Cottages we relaxed in the warm sun on our deck and loft porch with a coffee and books. Ellen cooked the fish from our cod jigging excursion better than Newfoundland style complete with Scruntions and fresh carrots. Scruntions are irregular shaped pieces of pork backs rendered to remove the fat and used for flavouring. Steady Brook Falls with Zipline platforms. Day 14 and 15. August 9, 2015.
