Today was awesome at work! The dialer kept crashing through my whole shift, so they sent us home 2 hours early. I worked a total of half an hour on a five hour shift and get paid for all 5 hours. I'm new to telemarketing. I just started working for Douglas Publications as an Inside Sales Representative. We basically due business to business calls. Its not exactly what I thought I'd be doing with a communication studies degree but we shall see how it works. Just been doing training and haven't gotten on the phones yet.
