Scott and Kerry travel the world and beyond. March 29, 2008. Not so great a start. First it was 845PM. Then is was supposed to be 10:30PM, 11:30PM, 12:30PM. Then 2:00AM finally arrived…. We finally made it….just off the plane waiting to take the train into Paris. Laquo; Part One. Day One: First Impressions. Love the pictures. Looking forward to each posting. Lots of pix to upload, but I haven’t found a place to hook up the mac so we are using the computer of our hosts in Germany (and German keyboards are not like ours). They are INCREDIBLE hosts and two of the smartest people I have met. Ines speaks 5 languages and Erich was a nuclear physicist then a space/satellite physicist computing orbits and more. The weather was cool and overcast. During our meal, we were able to listen to three ladies speak of their lives in Europe. One of them sounded EXACTLY like Shirley Manson of the band Garbage… now on with the classy stuff….We arrived at The Louvre. To see all the photos we are taking. Laquo; Day One: First Impressions.

I am looking at taking only one pair of shoes and three pairs of jeans. Fancy dinners? I’m not sure if Kerry wants to do that. I want to be comfortable and I do not want to stand out too much. Also, I have been working hard on completing a DVD slideshow on our trip. April 8, 2008. Kerry and got up and got ready as quickly as possible. We need to leave around 5AM. Monday, June 12, 2006. Catching up with life in Singapore. Me and Kevin are at this lodge in a Barcelona suburb now. It s a really cool place, on a hill slope with nice weather and lots of pine trees and yadder yadder yadder. It s a perfect setting for a summer retreat. And all this for 14 euros per night!
