The secret behind Evan’s fish and chips. He is the man in the kitchen. Born and raised in Morocco, Oussama quickly adapted to Canada, in both Montreal and Dartmouth! 2pc Fish, Fries, Salad. Olive Oil drizzled over salad and Tartar Sauce smothered over fish. Evan’s middle daughter. After completing her degrees at Université Sainte Anne, Joline moved to Montreal to gain some teaching experience. After four years of teaching, she moved back to Nova Scotia, from Montreal, to open the restaurant.
