Skip to primary content. A Year of Dates: #10 (“Cooking Class”). May 21, 2015. S is already a good cook, so I picked something he hasn’t made before – Korean food! We had never been to a cooking class – I thought it was going to be more individual cooking, but it was big group all working together, so take turns stirring and flipping meat on the grill, etc. It was really fun though, met some nice people and enjoyed ourselves! Speaking of cooking, S and I also had a cooking competition this month!

Addy got antsy (there are more adult songs than in the movie, which weren’t as exciting) but we made it to the end. The min age they suggest is 4 at the theater, and I can see why. It was fun though. A: Daddy said that Mia used to be a nun. Me: No, that is Maria from Sound of Music. Only adults can be nuns. A: So Mia’s mom is a nun? We went to Red Rocks (outdoor amphitheater where they have shows; and red rocks) and saw Wilco. S has been a long time fan of Wilco, and we’ve seen a couple shows before, but I never loved them until this time. It was so great! Our Blessed Adventure Continues. Thursday, August 29, 2013. Today is such a bittersweet day.it's my last day on my team and in this role. I L.O.V.E my team, like seriously love. We are more like family and that has made me enjoy my job even more. It definitely makes traveling that much more fun! I have worked with college hires since 2006 and knew it was time to do something different. I start my new position on Tuesday and I'm sure I will be sad and excited all at the same time. Lately, he will fake laugh at himself and then look around to see who is paying attention. He will run around the house laughing and then start spinning in circles or shaking his head. Our Blessed Adventure Continues. Sunday, September 30, 2012. As you can tell, blogging has taken the back burner lately! The last month has been pretty busy for us. We were getting the house ready to put on the market and then the good Lord blessed us with multiple offers a few days later. We are VERY thankful our house sold so quickly! We have also made multiple trips to Charlotte and Winston over the last several weeks. Lots of house hunting, grandparent and friend time. Hanging out with Abs and Gus.
