Extra virgin olive oil. 3/4 cup raw cashews (soaked for two hours). 1/2 cup veggie broth. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice. 1/2 cup nutritional yeast. 2 tsp Dijon mustard. 1/2-1 tsp kosher salt (to taste) and ground black pepper, to taste.
