All about the diet I'm on to get the XBOX 360. Friday, September 28, 2007. Chicken Strips, 300. Orange Slices, 175. 1/2 Sam Adams, 75. Juicy Water, 25. White Chicken Chile, 250. White Popcorn, 150. Diet Coke w/ some Regular, 50. HR: 54 - The lowest it's been in a long time. Waist: 36" Pants - still a bit snug, but feeling OK. (This could be because the pants have stretched). Granola Bar, 140. Club Wrap, 450 (est.). Diet Coke, 0. 1750 (on target - for a running night). Weight: 233 Last night, 235 all dressed this morning (good progress). Waist: 36" - still a little tight, but starting to notice them loosening a bit. These are still my "larger" 36" pants. Last Run: 1.7 miles, untimed.

This was a little high, but I worked on the basement for about 2.5 hrs. last night as well, so I give myself a few calories for that. Waist: 36" - and feeling better still. Last Run: Running Tonight. Cheerios Cereal Bar, 150. 26" Pants - these are my mid-size pants, and they're getting a little looser (but not loose). more comfortable though, and that's nice. Fortunately, I'm not so slack about the diet (although yesterday was not a great calorie day - but I did run 3 miles and felt great! All about the diet I'm on to get the XBOX 360. Wednesday, October 24, 2007. XBOX 360 Diet Progress. Well, I've gotten slack at posting my eating - but not slack on the diet. So, that's good. I've been averaging about 1600-1700 daily - but changes in my job make it difficult to update this blog after lunch. My "totally dressed" weight is around 225 lbs in the morning. So, I'm probably officially about 223 lbs or so - giving me less than 15 lbs to go to reach my goal. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
