A registered shareholder as of cut off date is eligible to cast the vote. Registration of all such shareholders in the e-voting module is therefore automatic. There is no separate registration process. User Id and Password. User id and password shall be e-mailed or sent through physical mode to the eligible shareholders as of cut off date. At least one was caused by students being moved after the clickers were allocated and packaged. A good number of the printed labels are also smudged, probably as a result of them being printed when needed rather than in advance (need to check this). These things highlight the need to include a check system in the preparation process.
