Until the Snow Ends: Gnar Weasels Promotion Report
http://untilthesnowends.blogspot.com/2015/07/gnar-weasels-promotion-report.html
Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Gnar Weasels Promotion Report. This is a hard post to write because every time I go to embed the highlight video I end up watching it. It makes our race look really good. Thom (with a cameo from Colt) did amazing work. Did you watch it yet? It will get you way more stoked than this blog post. Do it now! Anyway. If I start writing some words the video will scroll up in the blogger box and then I'll stop looking at the thumbnail of Tom Sampson shredding and I can probably focus.

Until the Snow Ends: Canton Cup Race Report
http://untilthesnowends.blogspot.com/2010/10/canton-cup-race-report.html
Saturday, October 30, 2010. Canton Cup Race Report. Canton Cup Chainstay Cam. I lasted ninety. freaking. seconds. Instead I sat there in shock while the field rode by, stood up, determined that my already-questionable knee was gonna have a massive bruise on it, and decided not see how much damage I could do to it with 60 minutes of adrenaline. Lame, but at least the footage was solid! Posted by Colin R. Ouch, Colin, sorry it ended so early for you, heal up fast! Two words: Green Monster. How To Nordic Ski.

Sunday, August 26, 2012. An admission of getting stung by bees is tantamount to confessing that you kick bunnies and just ghost ride your shopping cart into the parking lot instead of returning it to its stable. ". I do think it's funny that you Oompa Loompas are still banging on the side of the empty hull of this dead blog. I will occasionally come over here to let you know that the BigBikes shit is happening over HERE. Posted by Big Bikes. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Subscribe To Big Bikes.

Another backpacking photo essay | Jonathan "Rudy" Awerbuch
https://rudyrides.wordpress.com/2011/07/12/another-backpacking-photo-essay
Another backpacking photo essay. Yet another, because this trip was too freaking awesome to care about being repetitive on the blog! I can drive again, have enough sense to plan out a route in advance. But still not too much common sense: twice over the divide, and lots of class 5 creek crossings! But lets start with day 1:. Room with a view. Early sunsets in these parts. I could see the lights of Boulder, miles and miles away (and below! What an auspicious start for day two. Mornin', chuck. The trail cu...

Until the Snow Ends: 24 Hours of Great Glen Race Report
http://untilthesnowends.blogspot.com/2015/08/24-hours-of-great-glen-race-report.html
Thursday, August 13, 2015. 24 Hours of Great Glen Race Report. 11:58 am: SO HYPED. This was it, the final year of the 24 Hours of Great Glen. I remember my dad doing this race the first time it happened, when I was 14, in 1996. There were 22 teams. There was a hurricane. The stopped racing in the middle of the night because the camping area was flooding. How they decided to run the event for a second year after THAT, I will never know. Sally Annis unretired and crushed souls. Now, about this year. So whe...

Tumblr Kinda Sucks : Create Awesome
http://blog.cosmocatalano.com/return-of-the-blog-or-why-tumblr-kinda-sucks
Web design and development for people who think the Internet shouldn't suck. After roughly a year’s hiatus, I have an official blog again. I’ve tried this before. Actually but those Tumblrs just didn’t really work out. But the cracks in the armor appear quickly. Tweaking the default themes and post formats is easy on paper, hard in practice, mostly because you have limited control over how Tumblr handles your content. Don’t want everything wrapped in. In your text posts? Want customized search pages?

Go big or… | Jonathan "Rudy" Awerbuch
https://rudyrides.wordpress.com/2011/03/15/go-big-or
Go big or…. Well, hopefully the ending to the title is “AND go home” (drop the “or”). Going big or going home (but not both) sounds like an unpleasant experience. I hope to make it home…. Sorry, too early for such a digression! Still in a fog…. Today was awesome. I don’t have any photos, so I’ll keep the post short because I know TV has shortened the average attention span to 1.3 seconds. I started with the (in)famous Gateway. Ride The ride featured talent such as Scott Tietzel. Caught up to me just outs...

Permanent? A Tirade of thoughts | Jonathan "Rudy" Awerbuch
https://rudyrides.wordpress.com/2010/06/01/permanent-a-tirade-of-thoughts
A Tirade of thoughts. Apparently that’s what could happen if I ride too much or (gasp! Race before my brain fully heals. The doctor says to wait 3 months. 3 months? I should be thankful that I don’t have permament damage already. Things could be worse. Should I be training? Well, I have the green light to build back gradually, as long as I don’t run into any symptoms. So when I start to warm up, and immediately feel really sleepy, is that a symptom? Or have I just been lying around the house too much?
